Sealed bids are invited for the construction of New Generators for Bldgs. 7 & 22; Project Code : 799-B2799-017 atCentral VA Correctional Unit #13, 6900 Courthouse RD., Chesterfield, Virginia 23832. The project is generally described as alteration of building electrical service and providing new Level 2, Class 48, Type 60 EPSS, including diesel generators and service entrance rated Automatic transfer switches at two buildings. A Bid Bond is not required. Question Deadline 09/26/2024 Bidders must use the "Prebid Question Form" provided in the bid documents. Bidders must so act to assure that questions reach the A/E at least six (6) days prior to the time set for the receipt of bids to allow a sufficient time for an addendum to reach all bidders before the submission of their bids.
