Scope of Work: Lakeview Branders Bridge Roundabout involves the conversion of an existing, 4-way stop-controlled intersection to a single lane roundabout at the intersection of Lakeview Avenue / Road (Route 626) and Branders Bridge Road (Route 625) in southern Chesterfield County. The proposed improvements, spread across the four legs of the intersection, include an approximate total 2,200 feet of corridor improvements along with associated drainage, storm water management, landscaping, traffic control, grading, and erosion and sediment control work. Docs notes : Only complete sets will be issued Order documents by calling or emailing the office of Timmons Group and allow one business day for pickup and two business days for UPS delivery. B.
