** As of 10/8/2024 The project will not be moving forward.** FY2025 Sidewalk Replacement Program Each Bid Must Be Returned as a Complete Package, on the Supplied Forms With All Required Details Completed. Only Complete Bid Packets Will Be Considered. No Bids Shall Be Withdrawn After the Scheduled Opening Without the Consent of the Village Board of Trustees. The Village Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Technicalities. Unless the Bids Are Rejected for Good Cause, Award of Contract Shall Be Made to the Lowest Responsible and Qualified Bidder. For questions or additional information email Dan Milovanovic, Assistant Public Works Director, at dmilovanovic@flossmoor.org All sidewalk construction shall conform to Section 424 of the Illinois Department of Transportation "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction" in its latest edition. Sidewalks shall be a minimum of 7" thick through driveways and at curb ramps. All other sidewalks shall be 5" thick. The work shall be paid for at the contract unit price per square foot for P.C.C. SIDEWALK, 5" or P.C.C. SIDEWALK, 7". The Village will complete the construction grade staking of the proposed work for the contractor
