Overview: The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids for an Iowa licensed Prime Contractor to provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary for the following at the Emmetsburg Maintenance Garage per the Plans and specifications attached. This project will be broken out into two phases as indicated on the Bid Line Items Tab. NOTE: Phase 1 does not have to be complete before Phase 2 begins. Estimated Start Date: October 14, 2024. BASE BID Phase 1: Construction of a new heating and cooling system. Phase 1 Estimated Completion Date: 12/12/2024 BASE BID Phase 2: Provide and install electrical upgrade with generator and window replacement. Phase 2 Estimated Completion Date: 03/30/2026.
