The project will also require Professional Engineering (PE) and Professional Landscape Architecture (PLA) licensed in the state of Minnesota. The consultant must demonstrate an ability to accurately predict project costs, lead a bidding process, and oversee the selected general contractor's compliance with the construction drawings.
