Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in American Fork, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.

The Project will replace and provide upgrades to the existing boat harbor. The site improvements include new asphalt and striping, onsite stormwater system, replaced toll booth, new restroom building, jetty slopes restoration, playground area, and pavilions. The beach area will be revitalized with new sand and landscape item, such as a kayak launch and permanent umbrellas.
