The district has various generator makes including Onan, Caterpillar, Kohler, Generac, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Olympia, and Edison, as well as varying fuel types including diesel, natural gas, and propane. Each generator throughout the district is to receive an annual inspection and full service. These services should include, at a minimum, all of the following items: The District will evaluate each vendor against the weighted criteria stated below to determine the vendor/s that will provide the best overall value for the District. After acceptance by the District and award of the contract, this contract shall commence on the date of January 1, 2025. The vendor must guarantee its pricing for one (1) year and may continue for five (5) years (detailed explanation on Schedule 'C' - Cost Proposal Form). The contract may be canceled upon giving a thirty (30) day notice due to lack of funding or poor performance. Question Deadline 10/29/2024 at 12:00 PM MT The contract resulting from this RFP may be for FIVE (5) years.
