Renovation of a municipal facility in American Fork, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: Provide a comprehensive mechanical and plumbing upgrade to the USDC Willowcreek Building. Remove and replace all existing air handler within the building. Provide a complete overhaul of all mechanical equipment including the air distribution system and specialties in each of the mechanical rooms. The mechanical room located on the main floor will require a complete overhaul of all equipment, specialties and piping coupled with a full building controls upgrade to the Niagara N4. Connect to existing campus steam and chilled water piping. Provide new electrical accommodations to all new equipment. Provide a full system and building test and balance report. ONLY FIRMS PRE-QUALIFIED DURING STAGE I OF THE RFS ARE ALLOWED TO BID ON THIS PROJECT
