Through independent measurement and on-site survey procedures, CONTRACTOR verifies that the planned concrete removal will provide proper slopes and grades for the installation of the new sidewalk. C. In cases of very flat terrain the Contractor may be asked to flood all drainage devices (curb, gutter, waterways, etc.) both before concrete removal and after installation for ENGINEER to verify proper drainage will and has been achieved for said devices. No standing water in the flow line of the pedestrian corridor of the final ramp assembly will be accepted. D. Tree removal will be done by a contractor under a separate contract.
