American Fork City Corporation (the City) is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors (Bidder or Bidders) to provide arboricultural services including tree pruning, tree and stump removal, tree planting, and emergency tree services. The selected contractor(s) will be required to perform arboricultural services on City-owned or City-managed property as well as private property. Services will be on an as needed basis at the direction of the City Department Designee (Designee) requesting work. The City intends to award multiple contracts from this Bid. All questions requesting clarification or interpretation of any section or sections of this Request for Bid must be submitted online through the Q & A Board for this solicitation on the Utah Public Procurement Place website (U3P) prior to December 10th, 2024 at 6:00pm. U3P website links are shown in Section X below.
