Several transportation projects in the Capital Improvement Plan for FY21-22 need design, bidding assistance, and construction management. These projects may be awarded to a single consultant or multiple consultants in any configuration as determined to be in the best interest of American Fork City. AF FY22 Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project (300 N from 100 East to 300 East, 850 East from 300 North to 575 North, 1120 North from 100 East to 150 West, and Orchard Drive from 200 South to 400 South) 700 N Connection (budget of approximately $1,600,000) 1100 S 500 E Intersection Design (budget of approximately $500,000) 300 W Pacific Drive Intersection Design (budget of approximately $850,000) Drawings and bid documents for the three projects that make up the AF FY22 Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project are expected to be completed by the end of May 2021. The remaining projects are anticipated to bid and start work during the FY22 fiscal year. Due to ROW acquisition and other factors, no specific date for bidding has been identified.
