Renovation of a water / sewer project in American Fork, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the furnish of Goods and Special Services for five (5) complete and fully functional thickening centrifuges, to be installed by a Contractor selected by TSSD. It is anticipated that the procurement contract will be executed between CMGC (Alder) and the thickening centrifuge supplier. Other requirements include; , Apprenticeship Requirements (15%), American Iron and Steel (AIS), National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, Endangered Species Act, National Historic Preservation Act, National Term on Suspension and Debarment, Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Requirements on Federally Assisted Construction Contracts, Williams-Steiger Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Discovery of Archaeological and Other Historical Items, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Prohibition on Certain Telecommunication and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment, Signage Requirements, SRF Required Forms by Section. DBE, WBE and MBE Subcontractors are invited to participate in this project. Late bids and proposals will not be considered.
