Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

In general, this project consists of a band addition along with associated remodeling of adjacent rooms, a commons addition and associated remodeling of existing commons space, as well as remodeling of their existing auditorium. The new additions (2) will consist of masonry bearing with brick veneer, metal panels, rubber roofing, aluminum storefronts, interior finishes, and associated sitework. This will also include new MEPF systems to service the space. The interior remodel areas include demolition of the existing space/structure, new walls, interior finishes, auditorium equipment, and rework of existing systems. Total square footage is between 30,000 - 40,000. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. Questions are due to Market & Johnson by September 6th, 2024 @ 2:00 PM Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to late October / early November 2024.
