Request for Proposals Storm Sewer Ditch Cleanout The City of Rock Rapids, Iowa is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to clear out approximately 1300 feet of storm sewer ditch south of Rapid Speedway. The work to be performed under this contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Removal of all debris due to flooding Work completed by November 1, 2024 Within the bid, please include the total price to mitigate all debris. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process.
