An estimated Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) has been established as $7,700,000. Renovation of the existing Lodge building will enable college leadership to occupy the campus, returning from offsite leased space. The Lodge building will house college leadership offices and meeting spaces to increase collaboration with students, staff, and faculty. The project is 100 percent locally funded. The Lodge building will also serve as a visible representation of the college commitment to high-performance sustainable design and construction and nurture a stronger connection between its occupants and the natural campus environment. Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ/RFP. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.
