The project involves the dissemble and remove of all office cubicles and other items from the first and second floor of Ada County Highway District (ACHD) future headquarters building, located at 5800 North Meeker Ave, Boise Idaho 83713. The work must be completed with minimal disruption to ongoing business operations and in accordance with safety regulations. Question Submission Deadline:September 4, 2024, 4:30pm Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this Bid via the eProcurement Portal. If Bid Security is required, bids must be accompanied by an original certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond (collectively referred to hereafter as "Bid Security") issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid submitted. PDF versions will be acceptable for Bid Submittals. Original checks will be required to be physically delivered to ACHD within 48 hours of the submission deadline. ACHD reserves the right to reject all bids or reject any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid.
