PROJECT SCOPE The City of St. Peters is seeking design/build proposals from a qualified firm to design and construct a maintenance facility located at the southeast side of St. Peters Rec-Plex (5200 Mexico Road, St. Peters, MO 63376). The new facilities maintenance facility is to be designed and constructed to provide office space, storage, parking, and other associated improvements. The facility will serve as general storage and staff headquarters for maintenance. The building must be a minimum of 100x 60. The available budget for design and construction of this project is $855,000 dollars. The proposed new facilities maintenance facility will consist of a 6,000 square foot structure used for storing equipment, repairing equipment, and providing office/break room space for maintenance staff. The project also includes all site work (excluding parking lot base rock and asphalt), utilities installation, civil improvements, ADA compliance, lighting, and fencing. In addition to the design and construction services, qualified firms will present a detailed plan for traffic control and site security. All work must meet all current codes, regulations, and ordinances.
