The project includes: Replace selected sections (spot repairs) of sidewalk and pressure wash remaining sidewalk areas on SR 20, McKeown Street and Pear Street. Replace roof, handrails, stairs and stair rails at existing gazebo, 2 new park lights, pressure wash pavilion, brick and pavers in park. New 1300 sq asphalt parking lot aside Helping Hands located at 16842 NE Pear Street. Remove existing storefront windows & facade at Helping Hands located at 16842 NE Pear Street. Replace with Hardi Panel siding, fabric awning, brick accents, and glass windows & doors. Remove and replace storefront windows at Snowden Land Surveying located at 16857 NE Pear Street. All other work as shown on plan set. Completion date for this project will be 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder.
