Site work for a water / sewer project in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of October 31, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** All questions about the meaning of intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing. The scope of this project includes: remove the pump, inspect the well, and rehab or replace the pump bowls, shafts, spider bearing bushings, and other applicable worn parts. All bids must be based on the Bidder's Instructions and Specifications, and the descriptions and additional data sheets provided in the Technical Provisions. Data sheets will be provided as technical references for materials and equipment to be provided under this bid. All pump equipment and materials are to be delivered to the Ralph Capaul Well site located at 6570 N Atlas Rd. The City or a designated representative must be present during unloading of equipment and materials. All delivered materials and equipment must be safely unloaded by the shipper into the fenced area that encloses the well site adjacent to the well house, as directed by the City. The Supplier shall provide at least forty-eight (48) hours prior notice of delivery to the City. The site is secured with a chain link perimeter fence with a locked gate and pad locked doors. The Contractor may submit a refundable deposit of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) for issuance of a gate and door key. The deposit will be refunded when the keys are returned to the Water Department office
