214 -2025 Construction Projects The Board of Education of Township High School District 214, Cook County, Illinois is accepting bid proposals for the following two schools: John Hersey H.S., 1900 East Thomas St, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 Buffalo Grove H.S., 1100 W Dundee Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 The project at John Hersey H.S. (Bid Period 1) is for the renovations of the Student Services area and is consisting of Demolition, General Trades, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Ceilings, and MEP Trades, the work for these bid packages are scheduled to take place during the months of December of 2024 thru June of 2025. The project at Buffalo Grove H.S. (Bid Period 2) is for the installation of the new Varsity Baseball Field over a new Stormtrap system and New Parking Lot. This work will consist of General Trades, Electrical, Earthwork/Site Utilities, Concrete/Asphalt paving, Fencing, Masonry, and Landscaping bid packages with the work scheduled to take place during the months of May thru October of 2025.
