The Village’s fiscal year runs from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. _____________________________________________________________________________________ The above designated work and improvements referred to as RACE-CHICAGO STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS shall include the installation of new public storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water main, and appurtenances on Chicago Avenue, Race Avenue, and Jo Lane within the Village of Arlington Heights. This work will include, but is not limited to, pavement removal; storm sewer installation of sizes between 8" and 36"; sanitary sewer installation of sizes 6" and 8" of PVC pipe; water main installation of sizes 6" and 8" of ductile iron pipe, 10'x 4' concrete box culvert installation; bituminous pavement reconstruction; driveway replacement; and milling and resurfacing of streets. All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashier's check made payable to the Village of Arlington Heights. No bids shall be considered unless accompanied by such security.
