Solicitation Id: SE-01 The Southeast Region is in need of field utility construction oversight, survey, and modeling services for the I-94 East West construction projects in Milwaukee County. This scope of work will consist of field oversight of utility relocations and installations for approximately twelve utility entities. This work will include field oversight of utility relocations and installations to ensure compliance with the utility permits, coordinate outages as needed, collecting field survey data for X,Y,Z coordinates, creating and maintaining an as built utility model, attend project issue meetings and issue management and documentation. Provide one to two engineers or technicians with a minimum of 3 years experience in construction oversight or utility coordination or a team of people to coordinate with the construction staff and the utilities within the project limits of the IH 94 West Leg and Early East Leg projects.
