Vannoy Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Appalachian State University and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade and specialty contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for the ASU Peacock Hall Addition/Renovations GMP #2 project in Boone, North Carolina. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Scope of work includes new construction of a +/-124,000sf addition and limited renovations to the existing Peacock Hall. All this work will be in preparation for other work associated in a later bid package. This project is NOT seeking LEED certification.
