Location No. 1 - Depot Square Park (West Street) Location No. 2-421 Elkwood Terrace The work also includes, but is not limited to the removal and disposal rocks, tree stumps and other debris as a direct result of the improvements. The work shall also consist of measuring the culvert/drainage opening to ensure proper fabrication and fit of the trash racks. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment, required to complete the work of this Contract.
