Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; for asbestos abatement for a parking garage; residential development; residential development; residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work included under this project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the demolition and disposal of 316 Deviller Street and a detached garage at 1111 Congress Street in accordance with the Contract Documents. These will require demolition with asbestos in place and the services of an asbestos certified demolition contractor. The work includes but is not limited to demolition and removal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials and site restoration. There will be an no pre-bid walkthrough. Interested parties are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the property and locations. BID SECURITY: Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid price in the form described in the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS". No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the date of the opening of bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted, in writing, to the Office of Engineering, 330 Ford Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669, at least ten days prior to the date set herein for the opening of bids .
