Sheriff's Administrative Office Parking Garage Repairs Project. The county commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all SOQs and to waive any irregularity of SOQs should same be to the advantage of the county. Pre bid info : Recognize that the purpose of the pre-SOQ conference is to resolve ambiguities, inconsistencies, errors or omissions in the documents, and interpretations thereof shall be made with a preference to the accomplishment of the purpose of the project, without additional cost to the Board. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Administrative Office Parking Garage Repairs, located at 345 W. Second St., Dayton, Ohio 45422, will include restoration and structural repairs throughout the parking structure. The parking garage is approximately 18,500 square feet, consisting of (2) two floors. Construction phasing shall be determined by the architect/engineer, with accommodation to allow for normal operations of the Sheriff's Administrative Office at all times during construction. Careful and precise coordination with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and Facilities Management staff will be critical throughout the duration of the project. Shortlist Confirmed
