Description Grafton Correctional Institution (GCI) is a correction facility operated by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction located at 2500 Avon Belden Road, Grafton, OH 44044. Opened in 1988, GCI is located on 1,396 acres and housings approximately 1,600 incarcerated persons. The current fire alarm system that services ten buildings is outdated (1999), subsequently the availability of repair parts is dwindling. This system provides protection for the residents and staff of the facility and is vital to safe daily operations. The project scope of work is to include, but not limited to the following 1. Replace fire panels, server, and workstations 2. Installation programming and software licenses 3.
