Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grafton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Part 1 of this project includes roadway improvements along Novak Road between Wellfleet Drive and Chippewa Street, as well as new sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and sidewalk, installed. Part 2 of the project includes resurfacing of approximately 1,300 feet of existing concrete roadway on Vivian Drive, Jamie Court, and Shelby Court with asphalt surface. The bid guaranty may be of two forms: 1. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the Contract Documents. (The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on this form.) 2. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the Village of Grafton, Ohio, in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. After the award of the contract let by competitive bid and prior to the time the contract is entered into, bidders shall submit the affidavit required under the Ohio Revised Code, Section 5719.042 that the bidder was not charged with any delinquent personal property taxes in Lorain County, Ohio. The Village of Grafton, Ohio, reserves the right pursuant to ORC.9.312 to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material irregularity in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
