Preventive Maintenance of Boiler and HVAC Systems for Town Buildings No contractor may withdraw his proposal within 90 days after the actual date of the RFP opening. Additionally, the contract documents require the prompt commencement of the work. The term of this service will be for Three years beginning on July 1, 2025 and terminate on June 30, 2028. (See section 1.10 and 1.14 for additional information) The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or any part thereof, to waive defects in the same, or to accept any proposal or any part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of New Canaan, Connecticut.
