The Contractor shall also perform a Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) water and air testing balance to leave the area in full compliance with the OR suites HVAC design manual. The goal is to minimize the current air leakages to ensure optimal air quality, required air changes per hours, rooms pressurization, system efficiency, and compliance with latest VA guidelines and safety standards.
