Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) has a requirement for construction services for project titled Provide a high-level disinfection room at Sterile Processing Service. This project shall provide new disinfection equipment and shall re-organize the cleaning operations in one room. Existing sterilization equipment shall be relocated to this new room with additional equipment added for increased operational capacity. Contractor period of performance shall be 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction is: Between $100,000 and $250,000, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204(c). The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about Oct 1, 2024. The site visit is tentative scheduled for October 9, 2024 at 10:00 AM (EST). See solicitation for details and date confirmation.
