Upon request, Contractor shall deliver to the County a certificate or policy of insurance evidencing Contractors compliance with this paragraph. Contractor shall abide by all terms and conditions of the insurance and shall do nothing to impair or invalidate the coverage. Each bid will be considered by the Newton County Board of Commissioners, taking into consideration specific evaluation factors, as set forth in the Request for Bid. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, that it believes would not be in the best interest of the Project.
