The City of Covington is accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide the rehabilitation and/or replacement of brick and mortar constructed sanitary sewer manholes and any sewer main or sewer laterals found deficient during this contract The City of Covington will consider the competency and responsibility of bidders in making the award. City of Covington reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the bids and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the City and laws governing the State of Georgia. The City will determine this. The City of Covington reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
