Scope of Work Provide Design, Permitting, and Construction servicesto construct a 40'x25' addition to the rear of the existing bay area of the fire station. Project Details (Base): Construct a 40'x25' addition to the rear of the existing bay area with minimum of 16 ft. vertical clearance. o Proposed roofline shall match the existing roofline. o Frame shall be red iron steel structure. o Exterior shall be 26-gauge steel decking painted to match existing exterior color. o Interior shall be 26-gauge steel decking to a height of 8 feet painted to match existing interior walls. o Floor shall be 6" thick 4,000 psi concrete with rebar. o Floor drain shall be a minimum of 3" center drain. o Exterior pad shall be 6" thick 4,000 psi concrete with rebar. Pad shall extend beyond the building 5 feet and be sloped away from the building. o Gutter system shall be modified to provide adequate drainage to new roof area. o Walls and roof shall be insulated with white vinyl backing with reinforcement stitching. o Two existing roll-up doors with electric motors shall be relocated to new addition. o Install two concrete or steel bollards at each roll up door.
