Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District Commission will accept bids for landfill disposal of screening and grit, removed from our wastewater and wastewater collection system facilities located throughout Spartanburg County. In its sole discretion, the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District (SSSD) reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. It is the policy of SSSD that local Minority and Women Owned Enterprises, (MWBE's) shall be afforded the opportunity to participate fully in the overall procurement process of SSSD.
