Renovation of a municipal facility in Florence, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Pee Dee Regional Council of Governments is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified plumbing companies to replace existing plumbing on (2) buildings on the property. Two (2) buildings on the property have existing metal piping that needs to be replumbed. Existing water lines need to be replaced with piping, PEX, etc., and other materials needed to complete the job properly. Two shut off valves to stop water flow to each building need to be installed. (Currently there is only one shut off valve at the front of the property). Water supply lines replaced. Drain lines as necessary. The scope of work and material needs to be determined by the contractor during the site visit. The selected contractor will be required to: Work with our team to coordinate installation work that will minimize office disruption. (staff may have arrangements to be away from the building while work is being performed). Be bonded and insured. Shall obtain any required permits from appropriate authorities if applicable. Provide an approximate timeline when work can be performed. Site-visit and provide photos of work for our records.
