Docs notes : Requests for mailing will be honored with an additional fee of EIGHTEEN Dollars ($18.00).NO documents will be issued within 48 hours of the scheduled bid opening. All proposals must be clearly marked with the name of the project as it appears above The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion of any bid, waiver informality or irregularity of any bid or in the biddig.
