Collection and disposal of all garbage, trash and refuse from the residential, recreational and commercial areas of the Borough, door-to-door Household Hazardous Waste collection, processing and disposal services, and the supply of dumpsters. The term of the contract commences on May 1, 2025 and ends on April 30, 2028, with an option year for May 1, 2028 to April 30, 2029. Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bids received, and to accept the bid which it deems to be in the best interest of the Borough.
