The project areas are located on private property in East Bradford Township, Chester County, PA. Work will involve streambank grading and stabilization, in-stream structures, and erosion and sediment control measures, per guidelines to be given at the mandatory site showing. Contractors must have and include in the package a demonstrated experience in knowledge and construction of successful stream restoration projects incorporating fuvial geomorphology (FGM). A bid bond, certifed check, or cashier's check in the amount of 10% of the bond, payable to the Township, must accompany all bids.
