The District reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid, to waive technicalities, and to accept the offer the District considers most advantageous. All bids shall include a 5% bid bond. Any bids submitted without a bid bond will be disqualified and not considered for award.. Liquidated damages are set at $250 per day.
