This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed responses for exterior repair and maintenance on the John William "Blind" Boone Home located at 10 North 4th Street, for the City of Columbia, Missouri (hereinafter referred to as City) as set forth herein. City of Columbia, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a contractor to remove, replace, repair and install roofing, siding, ballast/railing and painting at the Blind Boone Home as specified herein, contract documents (Attachment 3) and any issued addendums. Blind Boone Home is on the historical registry. The John William Boone Heritage Foundation has given approval of materials and to proceed with the maintenance and repair of the home.
