The County of Sonoma (County), is soliciting bids for the Pine Mountain Vault Rehabilitation. The Work consists of interior and exterior alterations for the purpose of mitigating impacts from wildfire events. Work includes, without limitation, concrete foundations, new siding, interior alterations, roof replacement, HVAC, lighting, painting, and minor repairs to access road. Substantial Completion shall be within one hundred twenty (120) Days from the date when work is to commence as stated in the Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be within fifteen (15) Days from the date when Substantial Completion is completed and as stated in the Notice to Proceed. A General Building "B" contractor's license is required to Bid this Contract and through the completion of the project. All contractors and subcontractors shall be properly licensed by the Contractor's State Licensing Board and possess the necessary license classifications for the work they perform under this project. The amount of the security shall be not less than ten percent (10%) of amount of the total Bid Price, indicated on Document 004113 (Bid Form), payable to "County of Sonoma".
