Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cloverdale, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility; for the demolition of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

The work consists of upgrading the County's existing radio tower facility with a new emergency power system. The project includes demolishing the existing utility and generator, installation of a battery energy storage system (ESS), integration of a generator, replacement of the new utility meter, and an optional solar photovoltaic (PV) system to be provided under a design-build approach. The improvements are intended to enhance system reliability during frequent outages.
