As of October 22, 2024, project was awarded to Kanawha Stone Company with the amount of $556,242.10. The project consists of demolition and removal of existing structures, grading, erosion and sediment control, and miscellaneous improvements for the expansion of a graded pad within the Summit View Business Park. Should the apparent low Bid exceed available funds, the Owner reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent low bidder to obtain a contract price within available funds. Bidders shall comply with Virginia Code Section 54.1-1112 regarding information required with Bid. Envelopes containing Bids shall be clearly marked with the Bidder's contractor license number.
