Period of Contract: From 7/01/2025 through 6/30/2026 (Renewable for 4 years). The contractor shall furnish all Labor, supervision and equipment to clean five (5) days per week Monday through Friday during the hours of 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm as described in the cleaning schedule, in section B below (semi-annual work may be performed on weekends and holidays with the prior approval of the contract administrator). The building is 7,200 square feet. The contract period will be from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026 and renewable in accordance with paragraph G under Special Terms and Conditions. All bidders must operate from within a 30 mile radius, in the event of an emergency, the contractor shall be able to respond in a timely manner. The awarded vendor shall provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to work beginning on any state owned or controlled property. Vendors that fail to provide a COI that meets the Commonwealth's requirements as outlined in the Agency Procurement and Surplus Property Manual (APSPM) and Vendor's Manual will not be allowed to commence work. The contractor shall sign a privacy agreement to preserve the confidentiality of the contents of the premises Bid description: Bid responses must follow the breakdown of the fee sheet to produce a grand total for the 12-month bid. Fee sheet is attached and must be submitted with all bid responses. Note: bids will be awarded by Grand Total.
