As of November 13, 2024, an awarded general contractor has been identified. All trades have been awarded. Construction is anticipated to start March 2025, completing by the end of June 2025. The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Brigham City Rest Area Landscape Upgrades Department of Transportation 369 Mile Marker, Brigham City, Utah. Project Description: Landscape upgrades to the Brigham City rest area, southbound on I-15 include parking lot expansion in truck parking, turf grass removal in parking lot island and around restrooms, installation of new sidewalks, water-wise landscaping, and water-efficient irrigation system. Bid alternates include synthetic pet turf, storm drain boxes, and additional concrete.. Construction Cost Estimate: $565,200.00
