Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Christiansburg, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a 64,668-square-foot swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
The Town of Christiansburg is currently in negotiations with Stage Sound, 2240 Shenandoah Ave, NW, Roanoke, VA 24017. No formal PO has been issued yet. The Town of Christiansburg, Virginia (hereafter referred to as the "Town") invites qualified firms (hereafter referred to as "Contractor") to provide proposals for the design and installation of a public address and paging system for the Christiansburg Aquatic Center Contractor shall provide anticipated completion date. The Town expects all work to be completed no later than June 30, 2025. Questions will be received by Tara Vance, Procurement Officer, until Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 5:00 PM, EST. Questions will be answered in the form of an Addendum to be posted no later than Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 5:00 PM, EST. Questions received less than eight (8) days prior to the date for opening of proposals may not be answered. The Town reserves the right to award in part or in whole, to one or more contractors, or to reject any or all proposals, whichever is deemed to be in its best interest
