As of November 20, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Arrea H Stormwater Pond. culverts and wingwalls, installation of erosion control, grading, topsoil stripping, installation of detention pond, installation of box culverts and end sections, and outlet structure with storm sewer culvert pipe, installation of turf reinforcement mat, restoration, native seeding, and erosion control mat. All questions regarding the proposal shall be submitted to the City Question Deadline 09/16/2024 DESCRIPTION OF WORK Bids will be received for the following project: Area H Stormwater Pond - removal of existing 36" culverts and wingwalls, installation of erosion control, grading, topsoil stripping, installation of detention pond, installation of box culverts and end sections, and outlet structure with storm sewer culvert pipe, installation of turf reinforcement mat, restoration, native seeding, and erosion control mat. This is a unit price contract. The Description of Work as indicated above and on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder. Project is to be substantially complete on, or before, October 17, 2025.
