The system is currently not functioning because multiple leaks have developed in the steel hot water piping, which is in the walls and under the floor. These leaks contributed (in addition to a domestic water main supply leak) to significant water damage in the walls, floors, and crawl spaces of the gyms. This project is included in the City of Palo Alto's FY 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 26, 2024, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available.
