Location and Description. The Project is located at Pulgas Avenue at the Runnymede Street intersection and the Beech Street Intersection and is described as follows: The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new mini-roundabouts, the installation of concrete medians, curb ramp improvements in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations, sidewalk replacement & repair, improved signage, and striping.
